Welcome the forums. Hard to get a perspective from you pic. Where did you get him? He looks pretty young, judging by the size of his casque. I could make a guess, (he is under a year) but I'd like more info and pics. plus, by giving us the info, we can give you the best, up to date, relevant info for your cham. Cut and paste/fill this out so we can get a better guestimate.
Chameleon Info:
Your Chameleon - The species, sex, and age of your chameleon. How long has it been in your care?
Handling - How often do you handle your chameleon?
Feeding - What are you feeding your cham? What amount? What is the schedule? How are you gut-loading your feeders?
Supplements - What brand and type of calcium and vitamin products are you dusting your feeders with and what is the schedule?
Watering - What kind of watering technique do you use? How often and how long to you mist? Do you see your chameleon drinking?
Fecal Description - Briefly note colors and consistency from recent droppings. Has this chameleon ever been tested for parasites?
History - Any previous information about your cham that might be useful to others when trying to help you.
Cage Info:
Cage Type - Describe your cage (Glass, Screen, Combo?) What are the dimensions?
Lighting - What brand, model, and types of lighting are you using? What is your daily lighting schedule?
Temperature - What temp range have you created (cage floor to basking spot)? Lowest overnight temp? How do you measure these temps?
Humidity - What are your humidity levels? How are you creating and maintaining these levels? What do you use to measure humidity?
Plants - Are you using live plants? If so, what kind?
Placement - Where is your cage located? Is it near any fans, air vents, or high traffic areas? At what height is the top of the cage relative to your room floor?

Feeding - What are you feeding your cham? What amount? What is the schedule? How are you gut-loading your feeders? mostly crickets some mealworms, usually 6-7 at a time during the afternoon, sometimes a couple throughout the day. yes gut loaded with cricket diet and fruits/veggies
Supplements - What brand and type of calcium and vitamin products are you dusting your feeders with and what is the schedule? retpticalcium with D3, i usually dust a few during a feeding a couple times a week
Watering - What kind of watering technique do you use? How often and how long to you mist? Do you see your chameleon drinking? i mist with a hand sprayer. usually for 30 seconds, yes i see him drinking, he also drinks fresh water from the faucet when i let it drip on my hand

History - Any previous information about your cham that might be useful to others when trying to help you. he just recently (within the last week) started changing to different colors besides green ect

Cage Type - Describe your cage (Glass, Screen, Combo?) What are the dimensions? he has a glass cage with a full screen top. 15'' tall and 16'' wide
Lighting - What brand, model, and types of lighting are you using? What is your daily lighting schedule? zoo med basking bulb and reptisun 5.0 UVB/UVA, day basking bulb from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m, (night bulb over night) UVB stays on for 12 hours too
Temperature - What temp range have you created (cage floor to basking spot)? Lowest overnight temp? How do you measure these temps?temps range from 80-84, lowest over night temp is 75, have digi thermometer in cage
Plants - Are you using live plants? If so, what kind? No live plants yet
Placement - Where is your cage located? Is it near any fans, air vents, or high traffic areas? At what height is the top of the cage relative to your room floor? located in bedroom, no vents, not high traffic, hes probably 4 feet from the ground

I would guess the same. Like Candyman indicated, it is a wild guess without perspective on you little guy. More pics would help. Also there's a few husbandry issues that might be addressed as in relation to your feeding a supplements. Thank you for taking the time to fill that out. @MSMorgan - Ive read these care sheets multiple times. as ridiculous as it sounds im having issues figuring out exactly what im doing wrong. Could you possibly give me your opinion? im sooo afraid of doing something wrong i always plan to do everything the way the care sheets say but i always get mixed answers about the way to do things... so it always goes differently. I would appreciate your advice! thanks!
