Age

Thank you i guess no one really knows lol our veiled isnt to friendly most of the time is yours?

from day 1 to day 11 today, he has gotten soo much better, lets me rub his chin, comes out for food tricks, crawls on my arm, doesnt like much else. likes to stay in the cage, he hissed at me and bit me day 1 nothing like that since, his throat vibrates when i clean his cage.

ours was very friendly no problem being messed with to one day he just flipped out puffed up hissing and bit my fiance pet store said he was going threw his adolescent that he would grow out of it hes gotten alittle better were working on him he will eat out of my hand but def doent want you to hold him

Looking at the size, I think we may have about the same age. I can't tell mine either but from the size I would say 5 month more or less. But mine has shown much coloration. Yours as well just little bit more pale. Maybe he's still stress out when you take the pic. Can you take more pics or is it his normal color?

I can see great patterns forming there, he maybe on his early 4 mo but has bigger size than mine :)

Kilo bit me once, i hope he lets you handle him soon, I have been itching to handle him, I'm excited for feeding in the morning!! He's tucked away in his sleeping placeeeee :) worrkkkk

The female is an adult, so she could be pretty much any age after 1 year (or even 9-10 months if she grew really, really fast.) Unless you know about when she hatched, the very best we can do is guess.

Chance, if he is "average," looks 5-6 months to me, but age is difficult to determine by size. There are some "non-average" panthers that are 3-4 months old that look like they are 8-9 months old (like a lot of LanceChams babies) and there are panthers that are 7-9 months old that look like they are 3-5 months old (often people refer to these little guys as runts in threads about them.) I quote average and non-average because there isn't really an average since chameleons grow at very, very different rates. They also color up at different rates and ages too. Some babies come out of the egg with a little color, while others don't get colors until they are nearly 9 months old.

did someone explain the female clutch egg thing? about how she will need a laying bin, I dont mean to reitterate if you had but it cant be stressed enough. The orange on the Chameleon is BE A U T I FULL!!
