aggressive chameleon

You can try giving him some extra misting sessions, and see if that helps loosen the shed on his feet.

Bites kinda tickle in my opinion. My new male panther was semi aggressive just like you are describing as far as coming to a new home. I have always been gentle and show them much attention so they are used to it after a bit. I try to handle them almost daily.

Look who's finally coming around, he's getting less and less aggressive each day! Now that I'm handling him I've noticed a fairly large bulge right at the base of his tail, not sure what it is cuz my other panther doesn't have a bulge that large, but it doesn't bother him at all, just wondering if it's normal, I'll put up a pic of the bulge too

Sounds like my male veiled! Had him a week tomorro and at first he was hissing loads, literally wouldn't let us anywhere near him but we have hsndled him ever day and kept him out his cage on a plant with us in the room for atleast an hour daily and he's improved massively, only he shed on Friday and was really angry Saturday so we couldn't get him out at all! Today (after an hour of trying!) I managed to get him out, so hopefully progress can continue :) they are hard work but worth it, and reading all ur comments help, gives reasurrance that u r doing things properly! Good luck with ur chams!!
