Nice cage, by the way. COuld you get a better photo of that side? Does the other side look the same? How does the dorsal ridge look? And the tip of her casque. Any blistering?
It does actually look like she's starting a shed. We have many chams that shed down to a median line on their torso, before shedding the rest of the body. But I've seen photos of early burns that look the same. Have you been through a shed with her before?
If she has just grown an inch in the last week, then she has outgrown the keratin-like covering on her skinand replaced the cells below it with new ones, and is likely preparing to shed it.
Really need a clearer photo.

* Lighting - Lighting is 220v - 240 v exo terra uvA uvB
* Temperature - Basking temp is 85, overall temp is 80, drops at night to around 70
* Humidity - 50 - 60 %
* Plants - no living plants
* Location - in bedroom so no traffic, top is about 4ft of floor
Chameleon Info:
* Your Chameleon - Veiled? female, been with me for 11 days - no idea of age but she is about 4 inches long
* Handling - Handled twice, wanted to let her settle
* Feeding - 10 locust per day - gut loaded on veg
* Supplements - dusted every other day
* Watering - Misting every 3 days with warm water, dripper in place
* Fecal Description - Droppings are solid. Black and white
* History - none
* Current Problem - odd patch on shoulder - see photo
She can get about 4 inches away from bulb.
The side of her cask on the same side of her body looks the same but only a tiny patch. Everywhere else looks normal.
I have not been through a shed with her before.
That was the best pic i could get at the time. she is sleeping now so i dont really want to wake her up.

Hmm, i would think misting every 3 days isnt enough, i mist 4x a day At LEAST.
i believe she is just about to shed.

More info on your lighting is needed. It's not a compact florescent is it? You need a UVB tube style florescent light, and a heat lamp, an incandescent bulb (whatever wattage achieves the basking temp) in a clamp light fixture works best. 4" from the UVB bulb is too close, 6"-10" is optimal, remember she will be able to get closer as she grows so the light needs to repositioned according.
Also you need three supplements, calcium, calcium w/ d3, multivitamin and to follow a strict schedule. The link below has some great info on this.

Looks like a shed especially since she hasn't shed yet in your care. But being able to get that close to the bulb, which I'm not sure is correct, also makes me worry that this could be a burn.

She is a veiled and I would say ~3-4 months but with nothing to compare her size to in the picture I can't really tell. As for what you were told about humidity it's lack of ventilation that can cause problems such as URI. What % does it go up to after mistings? And what is the normal %, before a misting?

Keep up the misting to 3 times a day. That's not too humid at all.
