Am I just oversensitive?

Ok, I just thought I would mention it 
We've had situations where people were complaining about a rude/trolling member but no one thought to report him to us! So by the time we noticed it had been hours, instead of responding to him immediately.
Additionally, I hope people feel free to shoot me a PM if they feel uncomfortable with someone, no matter how silly they think their worries sound (because they aren't silly!) At the very least we can keep an eye on someone who is starting to push it, and we'll take action with members who might be acting rudely or breaking the rules when necessary. We never want anyone to feel uncomfortable and not let us know about it!

Oops hit reply to fast. I truly was wondering if i was being oversensitve. I am happy to have the mods evaluate it. It wasn't urgent. I was kind of trying to feel out if I was right to report. I am not a member on many forums. Umm, any other forums and I think my perception of appropriate posti g may be different than what is widely

Nothing outright rude or inappropriate. I would definitely report something that bad. Just a gut feeling about something. Nickylou could be talking about something completely different from me
I thought the same thing yesterday...
