Slow and steady... I used to hit the gym 5 days a week. 3 young kids now take a lot of time and PATIENCE.. so no gym for now. I will return one day. It really makes you feel great and energized.

U got plenty of the testosterone to spare between ur wife n kids, the time is now...u can start light n progress set ur own pace, even a home gym will do,we already want our pets to be healthy, why not ourself too.

Start with One day on n one day off, large muscle group chest ,back n legs..ur muscle has memory,it will progress from where u left off,and just like the gutloading in cham, diet plays very important part of ur routine, what u eat is how u going to feel,I bet u will be able to satisfy ur wife n ur kids more when the endurance kicks in to the max n u can thank urself later @KapitalJ

Ooops. I
Yes. I look at them all the time. My family calls me the crazy chameleon lady. The ladies at the vet clinic give me that, " here comes the craz__". It is kinda funny. But, I care so much. I also think its a huge challenge. I took Hannable to the vet yesterday because i got it in my head that he had gout. Im waiting for the tests but i dont want to siul4×3
I guess i fell asleep....anyway keeping chams as a hobby is so gratifying.
