I usually am able to breed them before they lay an infertile clutch. I say if she is big enough and old enough go ahead and breed her. I'd get some extra calcium in her first though. And after she breeds continue with more calcium than normal.
How old is she. Can you post a picture of her.
If more people post on this you may get mixed opinions. Some wait for up to a year and a half before ever attempting to breed. My opinion on that is within that time she will more than likely drop atleast one clutch. I say they may as well be fertile.
