Just a question I'm thinking about building up my cage to look more natural I have a glass screen mix and I'm thinking about adding a waterfall will the zoo med waterfall kit. What do you guys think about the hydro balls and the waterfall pump? I know waterfalls are a no go but would the hydro balls would it filterate?
Any comments or opinions?

You would need a good carbon filter and UV (ozone) light for the returning product water.

If it is just recycling over and over without filtration other than the hydro balls, then no.

As for me and recommended by many others on this forum, I wouldn't put any kind of waterfall for a chameleon. Your enclosure may look nice with a waterfall as it mimics a natural water source for your chameleon, but it will also increase the percentage of unhealthy conditions for your chameleon. If you must have the waterfall for your eye's pleasure and the enclosure's presentation, the waterfall will require daily maintenance as bacteria may build up and feces/feeders may drop in the water.
