This may be a dumb question, but I don't care Id rather know..My question is are there any positive benefits if I find a local female in my area, and introduce the Groovster to her??
I don't want to tease him or sexually frustrate him and don't necessarily want to breed. But if he gets in front of a lady and is able to complete that aspect of life, (coming into contact with a female and strutting his stuff) I feel like there would be some positive benefits,, even if he does mate I feel its better cu its ultimately what they're programmed and destined to do.
I feel like it would make him mature as a MAN! I can pick a virgin male out in a group of guys, its just written all over them. You can tell in the way they act or the way they carry them selves. (don't argue with me on this, its been proven)
But what im saying is I feel giving them every possible situation they would encounter in the wild develops them. Maybe maturer, vibrant colors, growing larger/stronger, or just feeling sanctification within and living happier that he has completed the circle of life and spread his seed. or at least had the chance too if he doesn't become a Sire.
This may sound dumb but it makes complete sense to me and its what I believe in he wont become a man if he doesn't get to (sorry moderators) bust a nut. I just feel he will live unhappy in some way and unfulfilled.

I am new to chameleons also but, I'll try to start this discussion off for the heck of it. First need some info. How old is your Chameleon? I would guess unless you are going to breed for sure don't show him to a female. This could cause her to make eggs and shorten her life. In my opinion you could get the same effect letting him see another male or a mirror so he thinks he sees another male. He'll do the same flaring up and showing off to try and be the domenit male.
