any reason why my graceful chameleon keeps laying in the dirt?

I didn't realize she could be wild caught until Trace said so in his post. Only issue with wild caught chams is that can be alot harder to take care of. What colour and consitancy is her leavings and urate? A healthy poop should be a solid brown and a snow white end, the white end means she's hydrated enough, if its orange, she needs water ASAP and can lead to kindey problems if left to long.

When was the last she ate anything, she's so young she NEEDS to eat everyday. Only offer a single meal worm once a month as a treat. Her main diet should be crickets, but you can feed dubia roaches, silkworms, hornworms (when she's older and bigger) but look for feeder datebase on this forum :)

she eats while im at school and my mom doesnt watch her constienly like i do when im home and my grandmother is terrified of her so thats a no go
but her poop is brown with a white dot so im good
and im not touching no roaches hell no nope i dont even like touching the crickets i have them in the little shaker thing and idk any other vitamains i only have the calium dust which i had the crickets dusted and i dont no what other vitamins or nutiernts i need

Its white so she's hydrate enough. Can she cup feed? Cup feeding can help you monitor how much she is consuming :) my panther is 11 months and still tub/cup feed so I know how much he eats a day :)

the damn crickets hop around to much to cup feed and i end up killing them when i try to hold them with the tongs so idk how else to feed her unless i just stick her in the cricket cage and she her go nuts but its kinda hard no no what shes eating bc im still in high school i only have two months to go then im done but i cant watch her while im at school

ewwwwwww i dont wanna touch them they bite they also hide behind her wall which makes it difficullt for her to get them but i cant remove the wall

i have the meal worms in there now and my grams is having a fit about it i doubt she will let me put them nasty buggers in there

Explain to your nan, Chams need to eat, they are insectivores so their main diet is insects. Did the pet store explain the bug thing to your nan as well?

They rely on movement so no a Cham won't dead ones, or those ones in a can. The cold slows then down but still move, not as fast.

You should see my freezer, full of dead rats and mice for my snakes, yummy muahahah LMAO

The method I use that doesn't involve leg pulling or forcep smashing is as follows: I use to feed I have a 2 inch wire screen strainer the crickets hang on to. I shake get the cricket into a glass jar, shake it hard until it is stunned then dump it onto the strainer. From there I hold the strainer a few inches in front of my senegal until he eats. If he doesn't go for it in the first minute I put the cricket back in the jar and try again a little later.

Also I'musing an Exo Terra for now. Under the front doors there is a plastic strip in that vent area you can remove to increase ventilation if it keeps getting too hot. Also if it is too hot I just turn off the basking light as I use a CFL UVB bulb which will also generate plenty of heat if the house is warm in a terrarium.

i dont wanna put the crickets in a coma i think i spelled that right but i dont have another container for the crickets

Some use a deep dog food bowl or use a small but deep deli cup :)

They won't die as long as you don't leave them in there for hours, 15 minutes should be enough.
