I have to admit coming from other animals, find the lack of "stud service" funny.. yes I know proper infectious disease and stress is a factor.. but the lack of the ability to use or get the outside service of a male odd.. makes adding unrelated bloodlines hard or only "If" you own it a option..
if this works, then finding ways to extend and ship semen and get good numbers is the next step.. then some research experiments on behavior and true fertile time needed.. but if not the question I ask was the semen viable.. or was the female really fertile?? before the method.. the lack of a internal copulation could be some odd receptive but not fertile issue.. in the female.. not just a oh no connection.. we need more info and research on TRUE beyond behavior fertile in female chams.. would help the AI option.. but also help.. visible breeding not one single fertile egg in a clutch issue..
hey good idea, and neat try.. wish you luck!! someone has to give it a try.. and long overdue!!
