Anyone just want to chat?

Yeah I'd never jeopardize the health and safety of an animal by not knowing anything about them. No bueno.

And at the moment, I have.......
2 horses, a Haflinger named Cinco because his birthday is Cinco de Mayo, and a Percheron/Draft cross named Baron, and he's the sweetest, biggest, and kindest, oldman horse
3 dogs, standard poodle named Pinky, rottweiler named Ziggy, and my little mini poodlexschnauzer Oakley
2 very large fish tanks, both freshwater, but one is my community tank with various types or barbs, tetras, and some rainbow fish, and one goldfish(his name is wimpy :) I love him the most but dont tell the others..) and my other tank is a cichlid tank with 1 kind of each of these: a strange breed of a white spotted catfish lol(came with the tank), a blood parrot fish, a red devil, a convict, a jack dempsey, and a bolivian ram, and then 2 plecos :)

1 little brother, always causing mayhem.

And of course, Incognito. My amazing 16 month old Ambilobe :)

How long does it take each day to care for all of them?

Lol sounds familiar. My little guy is an actual lap dog, but then my standard poodle, around 110 lbs, she's also one. Gotta love that, especially when you're dead on your feet, and go to relax for a minute, and down she plops, right on your lap!

On a good day I spend exactly 1hr before work and 1-2hrs after work.
Then I spend about 5-6 hrs on my day off to clean and give special care, showers outside time ect.
The dog is alot of walking too LOL, I like to keep her exercised..
There are alot of feeders to care for too
The key is automation

Wow that's alot but totally worth it!! I've had everything on timers since first setup. Just got my mistking last week and so excited about that huge task taken off my hands..I think caring for the feeders is kinda fun, I just had my first succeful hatching of pinhead crickets..working on my dubia colony also

When free ranging, is it possible to have two seperate setups on opposite sides of the room? I have several chams but not enough free rooms in my house for each of them lol

As long as you can monitor their behavior closely and be prepared to separate them if they show signs of aggression or stress. I would also put a DIY perimeter gate around each tree to keep wandering to a minimum. Im going to attempt to free range my male with the baby female I'm getting soon that will ultimately be his wife. Maybe she'll whip him into shape lol

Lol Trey! Nito does that with me too! I've only had him for a few days now, but when anyone else he comes around, he 'hides' on the other side of a stick, but with me he comes closer to like hang out or something! (Honestly I think it's because he knows I'm the keeper of the food...)

And hi Jac! Pleasure to meet you. I have never had a reptile before Nito. But don't worry- I'm not one those noobs who gets an animal with no idea about to care for them or anything. I researched for months, m o n t h s!, until I felt like I knew pretty much everything I could-besides first hand knowledge. But I've kept cats, dogs, horses, hermit crabs and fish of my own, and then I've done pet sitting for all the above plus, box turtles, fire belly frogs, a fire belly newt, leopard geckos, beardies, crested geckos, snakes, mice and rats, and cockatiels and a cockatu.

I got this!

Haha for sure! It's all about positively associating your presence and handling by giving treats during these activities, at least this is what I found with my boy. I swear he is like a little puppy, when he sees me come into our office he scurries to his cage door and starts scratching at the acrylic door lol and when I open it he goes full speed up my arm to the top of my head, his favorite place to perch lol then he rides on my shoulder and "helps" feed the animals with me  I love how chill he is, just gotta handle them a lot as babies!

I checked it out but there's never really anyone in there :/ If more people were in it, I would chat it up though!

Or facebook of course. :)

I heard that the people running this site is supposedly in works to put a chatroom on here!!! That'd be perfect

what is this app you speak of?! is it for the cham forums or for the chat that was linked earlier?

It's an app called tapatalk it's on the app store for iPhone..not sure about droid but I'm sure there's one...there's thousands of forums you can join and this happens to be one of them
