Anyone tried this for gnats?

so i'm havig a gnat problem out of nowhere. Pretty sure they're fungus gnats. The vinegar trap hasn't caught any of them so I was looking for solutions other than tearing my cage apart and came across these tips.

Has anyone used the mesquito bits, beneficial nematodes, the fungus nat predators, or anything else there with success? I'd really like to avoid repotting everything and terrifying my young cham who's new to the home still. If there's any other way to get rid of these gnats that'd be great, they're multiplying fast.

I've heard of people watering with mosquito dunk water in greenhouses to kill the gnats. You will have to apply as they reappear.

Mosquito dunk uses the same mechanism as mosquito bits, a bacillus that specifically targets its intended victim. If you've ever used 'dipel' to control caterpillars, it's the same thing, basically (used it since the 70s.)

I've used soapy water with success. Mix water with dish soap until foamy and pour into pot. Let the foam go down on its own. Repeat weekly.

Mosquito dinks are safe to use with chameleons. The gnats are present, because they lay eggs in and the larvae feed on moist, decaying organic matter. You could cover your pots deeply with aquarium gravel, then larger stones, to prevent ingestion, and they will be unable to lay eggs in the soil, so will decline over time.
