It shut off by itself? I don’t think I’ve seen mine be yellow like that. Seems as though you got a bad one. I’d be returning it.

Yeah it shut on and off flickered and now it's like that . I've placed a return on it . Should I leave it for now? Thank u

Nah I wouldn't trust this. I would definitely return this. I've noticed if the bulb isn't in there really good they can flicker. Make sure you turn it until you hear that snap/click. It's possible it was loose, and the loose connection caused something to happen here. In any case, you don't want to take the risk of your cham not getting proper UVB.
If you have a UVB meter and check on it every day that's one thing. But I personally still wouldn't trust it. Just tell whoever you bought it from the bulb is defective. It shouldn't be hard to return this.

Thank u I got it from the light your reptile. I sent him a email and when I open it the black place where u place the bulb were bent

ahh yeah bent pins will do that. At least you know it's not the fixture or something. Do you have your chameleon already? If so, do you have a bulb for him in the mean time?
Maybe you could get a reptisun bulb at a nearby pet store in the meantime and keep it as a backup. Unless you already have something of course.
