Are Giant Mealworms the same as Superworms?

Its the waterNope, they are mealworms that I think are altered somehow so they keep growing and don't pupate. I might be way off with that, but there's something unnatural about them if I remember right. Either way, they're not morio worms

Not the same, mealworms are definitely not recommended due to their low nutrition value and they can be hard to digest

superworms are at least double the weight of a giant. supers are like 2" long, giants are only 1.25", and normal meal worms are up to .75".
