are these bumps normal?

I've noticed some bumps on our male Jackson's chameleons and am not sure if they're normal. He's about 6 months old and we are still working on getting a better draining system then leaving towels on the bottom. I was actually going to go today or tomorrow and get something so the water can run out.

Anyways, they're around his leg. I'm posting a whole shot and a close up.

Everything is else fine, eating, etc, but he is in the process of shedding.

Looks like it could be a fungal infection, I would get him to a vet? His mouth doesn't look quite right either.

He's in the process of chomping a cricket in the first photo, he doesn't look like the all of the time.

my vieled cham developed something simillar 2 weeks ago but its just one formation.
he eats drinks acts normal....nothing changed in his behaviour .
his bump is hard and imobile . not sure if its the same thing

still, it looks like he has a skin fungal infection. A vet wil want to prescribe him a safe anti fungal.
