Okay, change of plans. For Bessie's appointment today, it'd have had to be one the vet could squeeze in, but she's too booked. So tomorrow is when Bessie's absolutely going in, with just one more dose of meloxicam

Great news! The vet agreed with y'all about how strong her meds were and said to stop them and prescribed silver sulfadiazine to use once a day for a week instead!

She hasn't been been affected at all, thankfully! Only pissed when I had to give her the meloxicam. But she's been taking silkworms from me right after!

Zymox, Silver sulfadiazine, triple antibiotic ointment, several brands of eye drops such as Flurbiprofen, Gentamicin and Tobramycin and an eye wash solution. An oral antibiotic or two, panacur, ponazuril, Meloxicam, Liquid calcium, Pedialyte, KY Jelly, Syringes (several sizes) with and without needles, catheters, Q-tips, Plastic eye dropper, tweezers non stick gauze, two sided sticky tape ( the stretch kind that want stick to your chameleon), Flucker’s repta boost

That’s a lot of stuff! Most is prescription so how do you get it? I do think it’s a great idea to have this on hand. I want to make a first aid kit for Eustis to!

I have a good relationship with my vets. I’m a long drive to my main vet and sometimes he will want me to start them on something and see if that works before I have to bring them in.
