Am not to sure what to do with Arlo he went to the vets last week and he had a urine infection he had a jab and from then he wont eat any thing its been about a week now so for the past two days we have had to force feed him, but once he has taken it in his mouth he seems fine to take more but wont shoot for it.

Just continue to hand feed, dont let him starve. If you took him for a UI infection, I would take him back to get his tongue looked at.

A urine infection? How was it diagnosed and what did they give you for it? Did you see any symptoms of sickness that made you take him in? They don't really make urine in liquid form, so I'm a little confused. They can go a week or two without eating and be fine so don't worry too much about force feeding just yet if he's otherwise acting fne. Make sure he's drinking we'll and try to minimize stress and handling as much as possible to give him a chance to recover from the stress of going to the vet.

how do u give the meds??? if its something u have to inject into the feeders cant go without the food if so.

one thought is get it some worms nice treats... plus stimulate its appitite.
do you think the meds are maybe upsetting the tummy???

call the vet back he know what he gave you and its affects plus he may need to note it just incase its a part of the sickness?

Im with ferret...Urine infection?? I didnt realize they had a complex urinary system . I thought it basically was done in the kidneys with chameleons.. What is a JAB?

What are the symptoms your chameleon is having to support a urine infection?

I believe a JAB is a shot/injection...
