I believe locusts are illegal in the U.S

You won't find locust in the US as already said. For the same reasons we cannot get hornworms over here in the UK. I think some people in the US have bred grass hoppers, which look like UK locusts.

You nailed it, Can't get them here for many reasons but i believe the top reason is crops and fear of an outbreak. I would assume that its the same thing with the UK and Horns.
