My baby have been bathing over the past few days and around half of them have still got their eyes closed by 12am this morning...some are walking around with their eyes closed so obviously are still concious. I have noticed some of them only have one eye closed...I am very worried ... The temp of tank is 30 degrees and humidity 30-40% ... Is this common ? Please help very worried .

Your tank shouldn't be at 30 degrees more like 80 and humidity should be at least 50%. You might want to check your information and where your getting at, it doesn't sound right.

Turn the heat up on those babies.

I think he means 30 degrees Celsius not 30 degrees Fahrenheit. I do agree humidity needs to be higher and I think their eyes are closed because they are dry increasing humidity and a good long misting should

I would drop temps a few degrees and increase Humidity, I keep my babies mid 70s and mist 4x per day, humidity drops to around 50% between mistings. What type of lighting? Babies are more sensitive to UVB and need more space from bulb to branches or a weaker bulb.

Using 5.0 exoterra uvb uva bulb ...

Temperature took down to 80 and humidity gone up to 60% ... I have turned the uv build off for a bit just incase its too bright

The uvb should be passed it's change date. So I would suggest if you don't have ano old 5.0 get a 2.0

Still the same this morning ... Eyes closed but walking around ! Changed bulb to old bulb...dropped temp and misting for longer and more frequently

Really worried do I start force feeding tomorrow if eyes are still shut ?
What is the incubation temperature when these veild babies hatched??
That will be the tempature u should keep them now or 1 to 2 degree higher, keep up lots misting with lukewarm water ,so they can keep the eyes moist .
Watch out when they trying to rub their eyes on the branch,u will mist even more when that happen.

There isn't really anyway to long term force feed a day old chameleon they are too fragile you'll end up damaging jaw bones. If they still have closed eyes I'm not sure what to tell you other than euthanasia is better than slowly starving to death. The mother could have had a vitamin deficiency that was passed down or it could still be environmental but either way your sadly running out of time if they don't open today. From what I understand it's not the entire clutch with the issue just some? Have you isolated the ones with the closed eyes and kept them under observation to see if they are opening them at any point? A picture of your raising set up with the entire kit, lights, bins etc may help Someone on here to ID anything that may have been overlooked.

will get you a pick turned uv off today and noticed eyes are opening more I have also sprayed more and slightly turned down temp and now I am seeing results .... However clocked a couple rubbing their eyes and have been rolled this is a sign of low humidity

I'm so glad they are doing better. After their eyes are healed and doing better, I would try switching to either a well used 5.0 or a 2.0. If you get a new 2.0 raise it a little higher. They should do better with a different uvb hopefully. Good luck and hopefully more show more improvement.
