Baby panthers care! Hope to get help! !!

i got several panthers ,but i do not know how to care them!


1. My room temperature is 22 degrees at day and 16 degrees at night !

How much the temperature i would make in "hot spot" ?

2 For this hatchs... How much humidity i should make,and they how to drinking water?
