Hey all! I am new around here and I would like to know if my baby chameleon is looking healthy, and have a guess on what her age is. Thanks!

Can you get a shot of the back of the back feet? Looks 3-5 months maybe but I'm just speculating, I'm just a beginner myself.

I think the white spot is from the calcium dust I use, but here's a picture of her back legs.

Is a female, if that's calcium dust you are using to much it should just be lightly dusted on the feeder. Can you task a pic of the whole cage

Here's a picture of her whole cage by the side, is it too small? We think on building her a bigger cage.

Yea I would go bigger and add some climbing places. They sell aluminum screen at hardware stores and assorted wood ,depending on how big. Or just spend the money on commercial cages. I heart all glass isn't so good for chams.

Yes I've heard that as well too, but I've also heard that some people has had success with them. Anyways I'm still confused on why my female chameleon always stays a dark color to almost black half of the day.

Her basking spot is around 80 F, while the cool part of the cage is in the low 70's. She seems to get enough heat.

She also gets green in the span of a few seconds when I come to check on her, and I'm thinking that it is stress. She's only really green when she sleeps
