Baby

I use bins, 10 gallon glass aquariums, container store containers, and exo terra enclosures for my baby panthers and veileds. Glass is simple, easy to keep temps. and humidity. I also use a 40 watt basking bulb, but it is hovering 12" over the tops of several containers. I have no issue with cooking my babies or URIs. My temps are perfect but I keep a very close watch on temps and humidity. I do not bother putting screen tops over the bins or the enclosures. I keep the branches low enough they can't climb out.
I would however, be very careful using a 40 watt bulb directly on top of your baby enclosure unless of course, your room is very cold.

My only issue with the glass aquariums is that I can't drain out the water. I dont want to put holes in the glass so that becomes a pain every day.

Sounds perfect!

Well for now she is in a 10 gallon with just the uvb bulb on top. I have a screen top on it becuase I have many other animals, and if some thing gets out or in my room I would rather have her covered. She seams to like her tank so far. As for keeping the temps, I have had no problem keeping the temps right in my other tanks for varrious other species of reptiles. Although they all like it hotter than 80.
