Banana roach and snail question!

My banana roaches have been doing great, slowly they are growing and fingers crossed are breeding. My Isopods are also in there. All of a sudden there has been a burst in these tiny little white bugs, I am 99% sure they are fine in there but thought I would ask to be 100% sure;) There is an abundance of them, I tried my best to get a picture. Just curious what they are?

My snails are also doing great, they have gotten huge. They are now to big to be fed off, but I have not seen any breeding, does anyone know how long it takes for them to breed? Also what does anyone do once they get to big for the chams to consume? I am tagging you @Andee as you helped me so much last time with my other snail questions!

I have not fed off any of the colonies yet as I wanted them to grow, but it seems to be taking forever!!!

How large are your snails? Feeding off large snails isn't recommended usually? I usually don't feed above the size of little over a dime. Tiny little white bugs could be young isopods? Or does it look more like mites/springtails?

Breeding snails, if they are helix aspersa I think are around 6 inches?

It would help if I actually posted the pictures:ROFLMAO:

Thanks so much for responding!!

They do not look like springtails, I am not sure about mites? Will mites cause a problem? The snails are definitely bigger than a dime.

Those look like baby isopods... I wouldn't be surprised if they were. Baby isos are super tiny in the beginning, give it a couple days you will start noticing some distinct shapes of isos if they are isopods. The mites would likely just be food or soil mites, nothing to worry about likely.

Keep them warm (around 80 degrees) and make sure they have a good amount of food and moisture in their enclosure, and they'll be doing the nasty in no time! Also make sure you have 2 to 3 inches of soil for them to burrow down in to lay eggs. Sometimes the soil being too shallow will discourage them from breeding/laying eggs.

Those snails look big enough to mate. If you see them hooked up then one or both will lays eggs in about two weeks depending on temperatures.
I have a single one that size and it managed eggs that just hatched on his/her own.

Snails can take anywhere from 3 months to 2 years to be sexually mature- I am in same situation, let me know when they lay eggs. The ones I have now hatched from eggs that were laid by snails that are the same size as the ones I have now. My snails are about 3 months old.
