Im thinking of getting rid of my basking lamp and just roll with both my t5HO (1 5.0 UVB and 1 24w daylight bulb

With both these on the basking area temo is 81F (I have a baby veiled 2.5 minths old) and ambient temp is 76F.

These are perfectly fine temps for a 3 month old to an adult.... You are fine to do away with the basking fixture.

So you will want to provide at least 15 feeders a day. are you cup feeding?

Make sure if you have him on this schedule that no light from the sun shines in this room... This will mess him up. As long as the room remains dark he should be fine. But they are funny little things and I have no first hand experience with altering their schedule this extremely.

Yea im feeding from a dish right now as hes still very shy and just getting used to his enclosure ... the breeder I got him from had them on a 10am-10pm schedule so theb2 hour difference is less harsh ..... you have it from 8:30-8:30?

Ok good. Just checking. I don't like free feeding harder with babies to know what they are actually eating that way. My boys are on a 7:30-6:30 schedule.
