Basking light help

I need some help with basking lights. I'm thinking about just using a normal 50 watt house bulb with a reflector dome from petsmart. But anyways, what temperature will the basking spot need to be? What kind of light will I need? (I live in Houston).

It's dependent on how old your chams is, what species, gender, size cage. Room temperature.
