Beardy sand box substrate?

So i need a good mixure for my full grown beardy to burrow in. Ive seen a 50/50 mix of top soil and sand. Im not sure if i should go with another mix in order to keep it moist and keep dust down.

Right now I got her with just sifted garden dirt (baked at 350 for 2 hours to sanitize) and the whole cage just turns into a dust bowl.

I use a 50/50 mix of sand and coir (the bricks you soak in water) for my Russian tortoise. It keeps moisture well with a little misting every other day. Would that work?

Id say the half dirt/sand half cococnut fiber worked good
