Best/easiest food sources to raise/breed

I am interested in knowing what food sources you raise/breed for your chams which are relatively "easy" and don't require a lot of time/effort. I currently have a colony of Dubia Roaches and Superworms which I breed for my breaded dragons and now for my two Panther Chams. I'm looking to raise/breed another food source for my Chameleons. I had a colony of crickets before I started my Dubia Roach colony and discontinued the crickets as I didn't enjoy the smell nor the noise. Dubia's and superworms are much "easier" IMHO. I believe raising my own food sources allows me to be in much more control of the health of my reptiles and the reason I do it. Love to hear your thoughts about your food source(s). Thanks.

Roaches would have been my answer but I think there was another post about feeders. I think it was a bean beetle that looked very easy.

I have great success with silks. All I do is keep them 83f- 88f and feed them, I rarely clean them or do anything for that matter and never had a big die off. Roaches too but you do them already

Are you feeding Mulberry leaves or chow?

Where do you get your silks? I heard that some are sprayed so that they wont breed. One of my veileds only prefers crickets and they are a pain to breed! Loud, messy and smelly! I prefer my dubia and supers any day! Would love to breed silks and hornworms too though.

I started with eggs from mulberryfarms.Com and then ended up with way more eggs then I started with. They are right about 4 months in the fridge and im getting about 90% hatch rate. Going to hatch a bunch here soon to refresh on eggs.

Thank you all for your insite. I'm considering silk worms and am researching them more particularly their nutritional content.
Thanks again.

Piggletts blog is a very good start https://www.chameleonforums.com/blogs/pigglett79/silk-worm-rearing-and-breeding/

But I could post how I'm doing if you need. I run a different setup from egg to about a month old and then move them to a setup just like piggletts. Then if you want to breed them they would get moved to a breeder tub with cardboard tubes to cocoon in.
