best misting times

I have a mistking and it goes off about 6 times a day at different amount of times ranging from 30 seconds to 1:30. The humidity has been dropping recently and i was wondering, what time intervals works best for you to keep humidity up while also making sure you chameleon gets enough water to drink. I hand mist throughout the day and have a dripper as well. thanks in advance for the help! (also the lights go on at 8:10 am and off at 8:10 pm if that helps at all)

I find longer mistings less often work better. I do 4 times a day for 4 minutes, I easily hit my humidity mark, even my Jacksons does well with these. Though with summer on the way I plan on adding an extra misting in, probably a short one, for only 2 minutes. My spikes are about just above 80% and my regular is 50-60%.

I mist my panthers 3 mins half hour after lights on, 10 minutes at midday, 5 mins mid afternoon and 3 mins about 1.5hrs before lights out. Quads get 3 extra 5 min mistings throughout the day, lots of water!

what size cage do you have?

2x2x4ft at least for my panther.
i think ill try those times that you mentioned. I'm going to be hooking the mistking up to another cage too that does not have a drainage system so I'll have to add that to my other panthers. thanks for the help

It really depends on your temps and if you rely on mistings for water intake. My chams I rarely see drink from drippers so I have longer mistings because it usually takes them a few minutes just to get started.

Yeah I use a dripper usually 4 times a week I mist 1 hour after lights on 9 am for 3 mins 12 pm for 4 mins 4 for 5 mins and 7 for 2 mins lights out at 9 during the summer. I change my lighting cycles 12 12 winter and 13 11 summer don't know if it makes a difference just makes me feel special lol. That for 2 panthers I have another in my room that is on a different cycle because the temp and humidity is different in that room
