Best temps for 2 m.o. panther?

I'm a bit confused as to what the proper temps my 2 m.o. female panther's cage should be....I thought 80's was ok for the daytime but Vincent from Scremeleons just sent an email stating that it should be nearer to 75. If so, how much should the temp decrease in the night time? Thanks in advance!

I keep my young ones right at 80 degrees. With the ac coming on and off, temp fluctuates between 78 and 82. I've heard they can handle night temps into the mid to upper 50's but mine are inside so mid 60's at the lowest.
