Hi everyone, this is my first post on here. i just got my first pair of veils after doing alot of research etc. all is well im just rying to get a better idea of the best veg to feed them, they are only young but i was considering putting in some live plant matter to try and get them started on. I was wondering if the asian type leafy greens are good for them? i was thinking along the lines of Bokchow, moonbok etc. i feed them to my beardie so thought they may be a good option cause they are dry (ie no diarrhea) and pretty nutritious.
i did use the search option but with no luck so sorry if this has been covered many times before.
thanks in advance.

not sure about bok choy and the others.
But, imho, dandelion leaves are the best veggies you can offer to him and as gutload for the crickets.

im definately going to start gutloading the crickets with lots of fruits and veg. do you think that the chams will eat them aswell? they are only a couple of weeks old and i got them yesterday, they are chowing down on baby crickets just trying to get the best plant matter to add as foliage but also for them to start munching on.
thanks for the reply... anyone else

Welcome to the forum ramsayi!

You can feed a veiled an assortment of insects as well as an assortment of greens (dandelions, kale, collards, endive, escarole, mustard greens, etc.) and veggies (carrots, sweet potato, sweet red peppers, zucchini, squash, celery greens, etc.) and a bit of fruit (apple, pear, melon, berries, etc.). These same greens and veggies can be used to gutload your crickets.
