Big appetite all of a sudden

Hi had cammi since Xmas, all is great with her, just noticed her appetite has really increased the last few days to the point as soon as i drop her food in her bowel she's straight in there eating "in front of me" which she never use to. & eating a lot more?? Should I be worried?

Nope. They go through different eating patterns so I wouldn't be concerned about an increase in appetite.

Not a concern, but is she of egg laying age? They can pack on the pounds to prepare for egg laying. Do you have a laying bin ready for her?

I don't at the moe coz she hasn't shown signs that she's ready? But I could put one in just in case. What's the best substrate to put in the bin I'm uk based

It can happen as early as 6-7 mos in the early bloomers. Some use damp sand, most use a mix of substrate and sand.

She hasn't laid any eggs yet? She could be getting ready to make some soon. 6-7 mos is possible but not the average.
