Big lump on side. looks like it can pop

Anyone know what this lump is? should I pop it? im assuming its like an ingrown hair but for his skin. thanks. he is Turing 7 this year!!

A vet would be needed, like said. But, out of curiosity, how long ago was his last shed? I’m just wondering if it’s some kind of buildup (infection, moist or something else) between the skin layers? Or if it coming internally? But only a vet could confirm this.

It could be an abscess or cancer.

DO NOT try to pop it. This more than likely is internal/ under the skin and you could cause major damage. This should be looked at by a vet.
