Big Surprise..little baby!

Well, today I thought I would set up a new pygmy tank and move my 3 pygs over to their new home. While pulling the tank apart I found 13 eggs buried, they all look great. Then to my surprise, there in front of me was the smallest chameleon I have ever seen. A little baby pig had hatched in the tank. He is so cute! Thank god I have some fruit flies on the go. They (fruit flies) almost look too big for him. I never thought pig babies were so small. This is my first time having pig babies, I hope he makes it.

Wow congratulations, I would love to hatch one of those, just to see it. So hatch the rest and post pictures.

I heard a similar story from Southern California, a keeper let (I think her) a gravid female vield out to free range in a bush in her backyards. The female missing for a couple days and then they found her. About 5 months latter the owner found a bunch of newborn vields climbing through out her backyard.

That is just waaay too cool!

Congrats on the baby pygs. Did you leave the eggs in place and just move the folks? And yes, of course, we need pics.
