natural uvb is great for them, much better than bulbs.
and as a side note- not enough uvb did not cause her face to end up like that.
i would suggest asking them to lance it.
and you may need to do several several injections to clear her up.
ask if maybe they can send you home with some baytril for an antibiotic.
its an oral you just squeeze the measured amount into her mouth.
I've given antibiotics by injection. Every three days for a couple of weeks. It worked well. Up her fluids while she is on them as they can be hard on their kidneys. Good luck
I would say her face is sore. Try and keep her hydrated. If you don't think she is picking up we will tell you how to make bug juice Chams can go for several weeks without food.
Didn't they give you any pain meds for her?
It was only an hour today because she actually can fit through. I'm going to get some mesh or chicken wire tomorrow to wrap it around the outdoor cage.
