I just read a great book that included a section on Alice Hamilton who was a pioneer in industrial health issues and the first woman medical faculty at Harvard.

Edith Hamilton, the famous writer of one of the best known books on Classical mythology, was Alice's sister.

Since she and Hamilton will be a "couple", she might as well take his name
