he is quite a handsome guy!!!
the enclosure looks awesome also, i love all of the climbing vines and sticks...

in the first pic the back right corner... is he next to a window or is there a light running top to bottom on the cage???

also, what is on the sides and back of cage, i don't see any screen....

thanks,, lisa

That light would be the UV going down the length of the tank
sides and back is wood, then its mesh roof and full mesh doors ;)

Thanks for the nice comments guys, just wished he was as friendly as when he was a lil un

hey Andy,,
just curious, why did you run the strip light down the length of the cage instead of setting it on the top? i'm asking because i'm about to move my 4 month old Veiled into a larger enclosure and am just observing different ideas in cage setups....

it looks great!!!!

thanks,, lisa

I did it that way as then it enables me to have a bigger UV bulb, so i know that most places in the cage he can sit and will be getting exposure to it, Bob is always on the move and explores the bottom of his cage too for quiet long periods so with the uv all the way down it means that his still getting uv at the bottom rather then having it from the top only, they've never bothered to go near it to be honest and even if they did touch it, ours dont get very warm so it wouldnt burn or hurt them, it also brightens up the whole cage rather then just from above making it look better for display purposes, and i was sick of it keep moving on the top of the cage whenever i just messed up there so its easier for me to have it like that :)

and thanks :p
