I grow and eat a fair bit of it, so it gets used in my gutloading, in moderation. Chinese cabbage Provides Thiamin, Niacin, Carotene, Vitamin C, Vitamin K, Riboflavin, Vitamin B6, Folate, Calcium, Iron, Magnesium, Potassium and Manganese. Similar to kale, in terms of oxalic acid content (some, but not too high like spinnach or chard). HOwever its on every Goitrogenic list, like most cruciferous vegetables (Broccoli, cabbage, kale) so it should not be a major gutload item on a regular basis.
