Box Elder Bugs... Good or Bad?

Hi All,

Anyone know if there is an issue with Box Elder Bugs as food for Veiled? I live in Northern IL and right now we have a ton of them in and around the house. I caught BonGo lunging his tongue at the side of his enclosure today to try and get a Box Elder Bug outside the screen. I felt bad and wanted to put it in with him but was not sure if I should...

Nevermind, I figured it out. It�s a boxelder bug. They eat tree saps. Not toxic but probably bitter and tastes like sh-it to the chams.
