Breeding Question!!

Hi, my Veiled Cham is 7 months old. At what age will he be ready to breed with a female Cham? And how does that work? Certain times of the year? Do they need to "like" each other? Please explain.

Also. Am I able to find a person with a female veiled cham and have mine breed with hers? And I get a few of the baby's ? Kinda like dog breeding you know. Ooorr? Any help. Thanks
