I was given a culture today. I know nothing about them. Anyone know about cultivation, nutritional value, etc?

Do you keep pygmy chameleon? I think their more of a dart frog feeder.

They are for my baby brokers. I bought FFs from the guy and he threw in a culture of these. They are slightly larger than a Hydei.
