He keeps getting out so I assume he wants to stay out. I'm wondering how to manage his lights. I also cut some trees to simulate...well trees. I bleached them scrubbed and spayed with boiling water. Then rinsed and repeat. Hopefully they are bug free. Here he is after I got him down from hiding from me. Now he really not that skinny, he kind of does that when he's not happy with me. If he's really not happy he puffs up and hisses. Also how do I rig up the dripper?

there are commerical "drippers" you can buy or punch a needle sized hole in a deil cup and allow it to drip over the leaves inside your cage.

Looks more like the angle of the pic, the legs look fine in shot #2. He looks good to me. Tho I dont see how you can stand him putting the clamp on your face. When some of mine get ahold of my arm or hand that hurts, id hate to feel that on my head/face!

As far as the dripper goes, you will want to be sure that it is dripping directly on the leaves in the center of the plant so that it doesn't go all over your floor. You also may want to consider putting down some plastic sheeting so that your floor doesn't get destroyed during misting.
Also be sure that his lighting is adequate, especially the UVB, as that can be tougher to rig up in a free range.

Thanks guys. As far as the MBD yes he does have that. I rescued him as a 5 month old and he already had the severe bone deformities. He's been to the vet and did major calcium and the whole 9 yards. I built him a 4'x4'x2' enclosure and the pics should be hanging around here somewhere. I also have the reptisun 5.0 and also a dripper going all day. The problem I face is that he won't stay in his cage.
Now the pinching my face, YES it did hurt! I'm also allergic to him so my face kinda swells when he does that. I tried to put him back in his cage everyday but it's getting monotonous doing so EVERYDAY. On the other hand I like the time I get to see him up close. Today I had a scare though as it's getting cooler I had an extra lamp on for my bearded dragon and darned if bubbles wasn't hanging on the cord of that lamp! I don't think he touched the lamp but I will keep checking. Needless to say I have to find an alternate way to add extra heat for poor lil'racey.

Mine has a "Chameleon Condo", which is basically a catch basin at the bottom, two hanging plants, one below the other, and the UVB basking light at the top with a water reservoir and drip system; pictures in the aforementioned free range thread. The drip system drips down on the plants all day and excess water ends up in the catch basin; it works pretty well. He prefers to be hand spritzed with warm water; we do this at the condo as well.
Mine's a panther - not a big, muscular veiled - but he does like to do the climbing the face and grabbing nose, eyes, ears routine, too. Gives a good pinch.
