what do i do ? need help

Earwigs won't hurt your chameleon but they may eventually kill the ficus.
I would repot it and get all or as much of the soil out of the roots and rinse them really well.
Was this plant ever kept outside? If so ... That's probably when they moved in.

ok it shal be done should i get any type of soil or add any type of nutriants in the soil so it grows faster or anythign like that?

I don't know where you live, but i buy all my soil at Blue Seal. They have 2 sizes of organic soil. It is a little more expensive, but it's worth it. Just rinse the roots well and replace with new soil. Don't use any fertilizer, remember some chams eat leaves. I have read in other forums that there is a fertlizer that you can get that is suppose to be safe, but i don't remember what it was and i don't know if i would really take the chance. Just give it water and light and it should grow well.
