Bump on skin

Hello
I have a 1.5 year old Panther chameleon that has a bump on the skin. Curious what others thought it could be. Looks like a vet visit is coming and would love any suggestions(Tallahassee FL). Thanks for feedback.

Chameleon-Male Panther 1.5 years

Handling - almost never

Feeding - feeding mostly crickets and the occasional super. He is a great eater. Crickets are gutloaded with as many fresh vegetables off the gutload sheet I can find at the store. I blend up with bee pollen, cricket crack and bug burger mixed in. I freeze the mixture
In ice cube trays. Replace the cubes every day or two.

Supplements - repashy lod. Every feeding.

Watering - mistking. 2 mist nozzles. Will mist 2 times a day. few minutes each time.

Fecal Description - usually they seem good. Urates typically are white with a chocolate brown. Fresh ones are rather plump and seem to be of the right size and consistency

History - kammerflage chameleons. Always a good eater. Never any signs of abnormal behavior. Never really liked to be bothered. Will eat out of my hand.

Cage Info:

Cage Type - screen cage with 1 solid wall(back). The enclosure is 2ft x 2ft x 4.5ft tall. The enclosure sits on a stand about 2.5f-3ft tall.

Lighting - Im using 4ft T5 6% Arcadia with a 6500K plant light. I also have a t8 dual 4ft fixture with two 6500K retrofit LEDs. Also has a sensi 36 watt plant light. Then there is a heat lamp 60watt replacement incandescent bulb(gets to 85 degrees about 7/8 inches away). The timer will be set for 12 hour increments.

Temperature - ambient temp ranges from 78 to 80. Basking spot is 85 degrees. Night time temp will be about 76 degrees. Temps are measured by digital thermometer. Outside probe fixed to basking spot. The basking bulb is controlled by a thermostat.

Humidity - Humidity will range during the day between 50 and 65%.

Plants - using pothos and hibiscus.

Placement - I'm located in north Florida. Cage is currently in basement. Not near vents or high traffic. The top of the cage is about 7 ft+.

Location - north Florida

Pictures are whole cage system. Then top and bottom views for each cage.

Thanks again for anyone taking time. I do appreciate the constructive feedback.

Dave

Thanks for the replies! I do appreciate the time taken. He did see a vet today. I wasn't allowed in the office due to covid. The vet thinks it is an abscess. They used a needle to aspirate it. The vet said they got puss and liquid from the lump. The lump defiantly decreased in size. They also prescribed antibiotics. Sulfamethox .200/5ml + trimethoprim.
Does anything sound off about this? I don't have the experience with abscess or the medication.

Thanks again

No. She seemed convinced of what it was and not being there seem to make it too late to ask. I'm guessing you are doubtful of the assessment?

Not specialized. There isn't a vet that does. I found 2 vets that work with reptiles and the one I saw gave me a better feeling after calling.

The culture and sensitivity test would let you know what antibiotic the chameleon should be on to get rid of the bacteria of an abcess.
