Butterfly or moth ID? Safe to feed?

Ok, where is Danny when you need him I have these things flying all over and wondering what they are and if they are safe to feed. Yes I know the low down on feeding WC bugs I think it might be some kind of skipper butterfly but not sure. I did search but thought I would give one of you bug gurus the opportunity to share some info

Its some sort of skipper butterfly. They are safe.
