Butterworm Question

Just got some butterworms and my picky veiled Grog loves them! But the ones I received are smaller than some I have seen. Question: Is there a way to get them to grow after receiving them given that I have no Tebo Trees in my yard?

I am pretty sure you can feed them vegetables like carrots etc. but I do not know how much growth you can expect. Keeping them in the refrigerator also slows down their transformation into moths and the butterworms sold in the USA are irradiated to prevent breeding.
