Butterworms

So I've tried to find an actual answer to this, but it isn't that easy. How often can I feed my chameleon butterworms? I was asking because I found this place that sells them 100 at a time (minimum) and I only have one chameleon. So can it be one every 2 or 3 days or something? What is their growth rate, also, when stored in the fridge? What do they eat, especially.

I was told butterworms are the equivalent to junk food for chams. Once in a while is fine but are not to be used as a staple. I've had several butterworm cups and they seem easy enough to keep alive. You don't really have to do anything to keep them alive lol
