For me, distance is a criteria. I try to buy from the same coast (west) that I'm on. I've done well with crickets from Rainbow Mealworms in California. I make use of geographic search with Google Maps or eBay when I'm looking around for suppliers.

Mulberry Farms has excellent feeders, but I don't think that have crickets. I could be wrong.
