Cage planting

[Chamaniac]

We've been up and running for about 3 weeks now and I'm noticing that while the Mass Cane looks good, Hondo has a hard time utilizing it as cover or a climbing structure. What would be a good alternative? Currently have 2 Pothos and 2 small Dracaena (I think - mind blank all of a sudden!)

I would add more branches with bark on them for grip. That bamboo is too slippery.

If you add more branches you can keep the dracaena,but if you want something different, umbrella plants and ficus make easy plants that are fairly sturdy.

Good observation, I'll address that. We do have more branching that isn't bamboo hidden behind all the plants but he mainly just climbs around on the pothos.
