Its been a long time coming, I know I said I would post a while ago, but it took sometime to actually take them.

His name is Cal, after Cal for the 40 Year Old Virgin.

He is a Nosy Be Male, about 3 months old now. Also, if you guys can put some input in on how he looks, healthy? etc.. Thanks.

cool little guy, looks good to me! he'd probably appreciate if you filled in his cage a bit more though, more bushiness and branches would giev him more space to wonder i think

Hahahaa you were watching Justin Timberlake on tv! lol Looks kewl to me, cute little one..

It is tough to tell at that age, but normally they start showing colors about that age. Though if I were a betting man, I would say it is a she. Also, she looks good, nice full eyes but a tad thin. She would probably eat around 8 - 12 (depending on size) feeders a day. From my experiences, silkies fatten them up quick...may want to try some of those.

(focus on the base of the tale with the pic...but still very hard to see any hemipenis at that age)

Nice little panther the cage could use a nice plant like a pothos for her/him.
I am no expert but i think it is a girl,

agree with the addition of more foliage, a pothos he would love! just any plant that can give him a place to hide and feel safer. the addition of a plant will make him happier and healthier. by the pictures and the video, he seems ok to me. good luck with your little guy!

Looks like a lil' lady so far. The crucial angle for seeing the sex in photos is square on, level in heigth with the chameleon and showing the shape of the vent and tail base.

Yea its looking like a female,

Well I was offered to return it, but I grew attached to her,

All this means is now buying a male at the Reptile Show in Sacramento, and if not there I will be on the hunt

I think you are running a sex change clinic at your place. It looks like a girl to me too. It should at least have some color at the top of it's head by now if it was a male. If it was a male you should see a tiny V-shaped fleshy area under the base area of the tail bone. Not a bulge, just an area of flesh under the tail bone line. I don't see that in your pictures. The lateral line is often a clue too. The lateral line looks like a girl and the colors on the ridge line of the back look female too.

She is a little thin. I think it's partly because your cage is on the verge of being a little to big for her right now. Lots of places for crickets to run. I would let some crickets loose in the cage and put some in a cup and see if she goes for them in the cup. You also need taller plants and vines/branches near the top of the cage so she/he can get close enough to the UVA/UVB lighting. You an place the potted plants on an upside down empty pot to make them "taller" in the cage. Get one more big plant in there too. Adding some silkworms, like a previous post suggested, is a good idea too.

I think your he is a she for sure............She is a doll by the way. Females can be georgeous. It will be a good excuse to get yourself another cham too, if you need one :)

I just went out and bought a Ficus to add, washed it up and ready to put in the cage.

She/He has no problem getting crickets, I feed 5 - 6 crickets 2 times a day, and watch him/her eat almost all of them every time.

I do see a little blue on his head (side) and above his/her legs
